1. Site owner

In accordance with article 10 of Spanish Act 34/2002, on information society services and electronic commerce, aeaf.es is owned by Pablo Gómez-Acebo Calonje, attorney at law, Spanish tax number (NIF) 52368912M, with professional address at Av. de Concha Espina 39B · 28016 Madrid · España and contact address info@aeaf.es.

2. What AEAF is

AEAF · Alianza Española de Asesores Fraccionales is a private initiative that brings together a limited number of selected fractional executives and advisors, and puts them in contact with companies that need senior management on a temporary or part-time basis.

AEAF is not a professional body, an association or a recruitment agency, and does not itself provide management or advisory services.

3. Independence of the members

Each member practises in their own name, with their own structure, their own fees and their own professional liability. AEAF does not set or recommend prices, does not take part in negotiations and is not a party to any engagement: the contract is entered into directly between the company and the professional.

Membership of AEAF certifies that the professional has met the admission criteria published on this site. It is not a guarantee of the outcome of their work.

4. Content supplied by members

Directory profiles are built from the information each member supplies and authorises for publication. The site owner checks that this information is consistent with the admission criteria, but does not continuously verify its accuracy: each member is responsible for the data in their profile and must report any change affecting it.

5. Intellectual property

The AEAF name, its logo, and the texts and design of this site belong to its owner. The names, trade marks, logos and texts of the members belong to their respective owners and are used with their authorisation, solely for the purpose of presenting them in the directory.

Reproduction, distribution or public communication of the contents of this site without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

6. Links and liability

This site links to third-party websites and professional profiles for information purposes only. The site owner does not control that content and accepts no liability for it.

The site owner endeavours to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee that it is free of errors, nor accept liability for decisions taken on the basis of it.

7. Governing law

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from the use of this website shall be submitted to the courts of Madrid, unless consumer protection legislation provides for a different jurisdiction.
