Spanish Alliance of Fractional Advisors
Senior executives, tailored to your company and for as long as you need them.
AEAF brings together fractional executives and advisors chosen one by one. Before appearing in the directory, each has been through an assessment of their career and has accepted a shared code of conduct in writing.
- 01Ten years’ experience, two verified references and an interview. Members join by invitation or after assessment.
- 02Nine leadership areas. From legal to sustainability.
- 03AEAF charges no commission. Neither from the company nor from the professional: they agree fees between themselves.
- 04A shared code of conduct. Accepted in writing by every member.
The alliance
An alliance, not a listing
It is run by a lawyer who practises as a fractional legal director, not by a middleman. About us
Selection
Each member joins by invitation from AEAF, or after an assessment of their career that includes a personal interview and two verified references.
Introductions
You tell us what you need; we introduce you to the two or three profiles that fit best.
One shared code
All members accept AEAF’s criteria and code of conduct in writing. Each works under their own brand and liability.
For companies
When a fractional executive makes sense
The company has grown
From thirty employees to a hundred, while finance, people or compliance are still run the way they were at ten.
There is a specific stage
A funding round, a restructuring, the generational handover in a family business, a new regulatory requirement.
A vacancy that cannot wait
Filling an executive post takes four to six months. The leadership is needed now.
The seniority, yes; the full-time role, no
The workload does not justify a full-time director, but it does justify one or two days a week from someone who has done it before.

How it works
From your need to the right professional, in three steps
- Tell us what you need. A short form or a phone call. No obligation.
- We introduce profiles. Within five working days, two or three members suited to your case.
- You contract directly. You and the professional agree scope, time commitment and fees. AEAF plays no part in those terms.
For professionals
Joining AEAF
For executives and advisors who already work on a fractional basis, or want to, and want companies to trust them before they have met.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
What does it cost my company to talk to AEAF?
Nothing, and AEAF charges no commission on whatever you go on to agree: there is no percentage, either from the company or from the professional. You agree fees directly with whoever you engage.
How much time does a fractional executive commit?
Typically one or two days a week, or a few days a month, in a relationship that is stable over time. The commitment is agreed with the professional case by case.
How is the relationship formalised?
Through a commercial services contract between your company and the professional, setting out scope, time commitment, duration and fees. AEAF is not a party to that contract.
Is AEAF liable for its members’ work?
No. Each member practises independently and under their own professional liability. What AEAF guarantees is the prior selection and the commitment to a shared code of conduct.
Do they work throughout Spain?
Yes. Most combine time on site with remote work, and each profile states the professional’s home city and how far they travel.
Do you work as a fractional executive or advisor?
Belonging to AEAF means a company can trust you before they have met you.
